Include the Sweet Dreams version, iPhone model, iOS version, and exact error wording. Please do not attach a private dream transcript or recording unless support specifically asks for it.
Why do I see two AI choices?
They control different information. Enhanced transcription covers sending audio for a cloud transcript candidate. Organizer and highlights covers sending selected text for titles, tags, and theme summaries. You may allow either, both, or neither.
Can I use the app without cloud AI?
Yes. You can save and edit dreams, titles, and tags without granting AI access. When available, the app keeps the on-device transcript; tag pages can use a simple source-grounded fallback.
My recording will not play
Check your network connection, reopen the dream, and try again. Recordings are private and require a valid signed-in session, so signing in again can also help after a session expires.
How do I delete everything?
Use the account deletion control inside Sweet Dreams Settings. Read what deletion removes before confirming.
