Terms of use

Effective July 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of Sweet Dreams, a service provided by Hello Ready Set Go. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Sweet Dreams.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe your account is being used without permission. Sweet Dreams accounts are designed for one owner and must not be shared.

Your journal

You retain ownership of the dream text, recordings, titles, and tags you submit. You grant Hello Ready Set Go a limited license to host, process, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you. You are responsible for the content you choose to record and for having the right to submit it.

Optional AI features

Cloud transcription, organization, and theme highlights require the separate permissions described in the app and privacy policy. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or surprising. Review it before relying on or saving it. Sweet Dreams does not provide medical, mental-health, diagnostic, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice. A generated highlight does not interpret a dream, reveal hidden meaning, or predict an event.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another account, probe or disrupt security, upload malware, overwhelm the service, reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits, or use Sweet Dreams in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Service availability

Sweet Dreams may change as it is tested and developed. Features can be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. We may limit or suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

Deletion and termination

You can delete your account inside the app as described on the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially violates these terms, creates security risk, or must be restricted by law. Sections that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—continue after termination.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Sweet Dreams is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or preserve every item. Hello Ready Set Go is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app. Questions can be sent to support@helloreadysetgo.com.
