Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Sweet Dreams, a service provided by Colorful Bunch LLC under the Hello Ready Set Go brand. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Sweet Dreams.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe your account is being used without permission. Sweet Dreams accounts are designed for one owner and must not be shared.

Your journal

You retain ownership of the dream text, recordings, titles, tags, reflection answers, feedback, and other material you submit. You grant Colorful Bunch LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you. You are responsible for the content you choose to record and for having the right to submit it.

Free use and Sweet Dreams+

A free account may create one new dream entry in each UTC calendar month and complete one Guided Reflection for that eligible dream. Voice and written entries use the same allowance, and the included AI features may be used when you have granted the relevant permission. Viewing, editing, playing, sharing, reflecting again on the cached result, or deleting an existing dream does not create a new entry. Deleting a dream does not restore an allowance already used that month.

Sweet Dreams+ removes the monthly entry limit for ordinary personal use and includes Guided Reflection for every dream and personalized Patterns, as described on the purchase screen. Reasonable technical, cost, safety, and abuse-prevention limits may still apply. Your existing journal and completed reflections remain available if you do not subscribe or if a subscription ends.

Billing, trials, and cancellation

Sweet Dreams+ is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. The app shows the localized price, billing period, introductory trial if you are eligible, and renewal terms before you confirm a purchase. After a trial, Apple charges the displayed subscription price unless you cancel before renewal. Subscriptions continue to renew until canceled. You can restore purchases or manage and cancel the subscription from Sweet Dreams Settings using Apple's subscription controls. Apple handles billing and refunds, subject to Apple's terms and applicable law.

Optional AI features

Enhanced transcription, organizer and details, and Guided Reflection require the separate permissions described in the app and privacy policy. The choices are recommended and preselected during first-run setup, but preselection alone does not grant permission. Cloudflare Workers AI receives audio, dream text, reflection answers, or bounded prior journal context only after you affirmatively confirm the corresponding choice. You may deselect any choice before confirming and turn each one on or off independently later in Settings; saving and manual journaling remain available.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or surprising. Guided Reflection presents at most one carefully bounded possibility, keeps an ordinary source-only reading separate from a personal connection, and allows you to disagree. A protective safety boundary or truly incomplete fragment may stop at a question instead. It does not establish one correct meaning. Sweet Dreams does not provide psychotherapy, treatment, medical, mental-health, diagnostic, legal, financial, relationship, or other professional advice. Generated material does not prove a memory, trauma, desire, guilt, intent, another person's motive, a future event, or a universal meaning for a symbol.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another account, probe or disrupt security, upload malware, overwhelm the service, reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits, or use Sweet Dreams in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Service availability

Sweet Dreams may change as it is tested and developed. Features can be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. We may limit or suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

Deletion and termination

You can delete your account inside the app as described on the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially violates these terms, creates security risk, or must be restricted by law. Sections that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—continue after termination. Deleting your Sweet Dreams account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple; cancel it separately through Apple's subscription controls to prevent future renewal.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Sweet Dreams is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or preserve every item. Colorful Bunch LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app. Questions can be sent to support@helloreadysetgo.com.
